Abstract

On August 7, 2009, Law n. 12,013 of August 6, 2009, which amended the provisions of article 12 of the Law of Guidelines and Bases (LDB - Law No. 9.394 / 96). Although it has changed text content related to Education Law, this new law will have a profound impact on Family Law. Let's look at its wording: LAW No. 12.013, OF AUGUST 6, 2009 Changes art. 12 of Law No. 9,394, of December 20, 1996, determining educational institutions to send school information to parents, whether or not they are cohabiting with their children.
