This article presents a research protocol for the academic incubation and technical and scientific evaluation of the MedNear system at Centro Universitário Processus – UniProcessus. The study will assess clinical, operational, technological and ethical aspects of its use in primary, secondary and tertiary health care. MedNear integrates a structured, dynamic medical history with vital signs and data obtained from connected clinical devices. The platform generates suggested diagnostic hypotheses, clinical priority classifications and specialty recommendations for review by qualified health professionals. It is intended to support clinical practice while preserving human judgment and professional responsibility. The proposed mixed methods study combines a literature and documentary review, technical assessment, controlled implementation and a quasi experimental before and after evaluation. Outcomes will include medical history collection time, waiting time, record completeness, data consistency, usability and operational stability. Expected contributions include evidence on AI based clinical support, responsible use protocols and interdisciplinary research in digital health. The protocol does not present completed clinical validation results.
