Abstract

Of great importance is the discussion on the struggle for human rights around the world. Not only by the rulers of the States, responsible for the well-being of their governed and who have the policy as the fundamental foundation of their activity; nor only by those who make use of the protection of these rights for the practice of assistance (whether of a moral character or based on a religious mission). It is clear that the incessant search of the diffusion of the dignity of the person and also of the irradiation of the values "‹"‹of the man are not strangers to the legal order. The jurists complement their work always turning to the pleiade of rights of this nature. Indeed, this outlook, stemming from the rights inherent in man, is a kind of guiding thread constantly used throughout the field that involves law, its norms and throughout its system by any of the operators of law.
