Abstract

It is constitutional the right to come and go, just as it is also constitutional the duty of the Public Power to ensure full guarantee to citizens. Even when it comes to public spectacles, such as football matches. Violence, in general, results from a series of factors which, in the case of football, is accentuated by the fanaticism emanating from this sporting modality. The reality of life for those who have reached working age and who do not see employment prospects, combined with the subhuman conditions of housing and food, inexorably inexistent with a future perspective, frame the framework from which the demonstrations will take place of nonconformity.
