This is an extension project inserted in the thematic area Human Rights and Justice, in the Technology and Production extension line, with a theme on the Implementation of agile methodologies in managing the demands of the Legal Practices Center to make service to the community more efficient, assertive and thus deliver more value in legal guidance services, implementation of mechanisms for resolving conflicts, consultancy and litigation practice within the community. The objective of the research project was to seek to combine innovative tools in the NPJ's process of meeting the demands of the community and expand students' knowledge by connecting them to new technologies and methodologies. Furthermore, we sought to enable greater rapprochement between UniProcessus and the external community, especially because the tools developed can be adopted in all disciplines that integrate community service, and will not end after the completion of this extension project. The work was developed considering: a) questionnaire carried out on the Google Forms platform with those assisted by the NPJ’s and; b) Technical and specific literature on Scrum and other agile methodologies. It is expected that the results presented will be used in other groups/centers with the main objective of improving the efficiency and quality of services provided to those assisted, through monitoring and recording of the processes that are being, or have already been, worked on by the NPJ , sending a Step-by-Step Guide for instructing those assisted in different forms of electronic signature, gov.br and Adoby Acrobat, development of teamwork, communication and planning in the management of legal processes between student-interns and those assisted, forming a student body with an interdisciplinary vision and social commitment and expanding students' knowledge by connecting them to new technologies and methodologies, in addition to enabling greater rapprochement between UniProcessus and the external community.
