Abstract

The promulgation of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of October 5, 1988, inaugural seat of the insertion of sport2 in the grand text, especially in the first and second paragraphs of art. 217, is a reality, and its impact is perfectly measurable. These are recurrent and recurrent issues, for example: what happened during this period? Was the legal professional - lawyer - properly trained or prepared to face this 'new time' of constitutional rupture? What legislation was produced in this period? After all, what are the logical readings of Law and Sport? How to reasonably guarantee a 'good performance' of the lawyer in the 'area' of Sports Law? These are a number of questions that will serve as a 'starting point', in this 'game' between Law X Sport, where the victorious will be all those 'actors', 'operators' that legitimize this social phenomenon that mobilizes all !
