Abstract

This study examines the role of body language in legal and investigative settings, focusing on crime prevention and legal communication. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research scrutinizes the accuracy and ethics of body language in criminal investigation and explores its use in making legal communication more effective. The study also assesses training methods for professionals in these fields and measures both public and professional perception regarding the application of these techniques. Findings suggest that body language can significantly improve both criminal investigation and legal communication. However, further research is needed to optimize training strategies and address ethical concerns.
