Abstract

The way organizations are organized and managed is directly related to the impact of their operations on the environment. Therefore, their managers should be concerned with the re-evaluation of their products and processes as well as their administrative practices in order to guarantee them organizational sustainability. With this concern, the present text analyzes what factors and what elements or situations occurred in the organization of work and consequently in the model of Fordist and post-Fordist development. Next, we present a brief scenario of the globalization of the economy showing the tendency of the work organization and the development model. Finally, we make the final considerations highlighting similar or differentiated aspects regarding the organization of work with reflexes in organizational management.

Author Biography

Me. Maria Aparecida de Assunção, Faculdade Processus - DF

She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1993. She holds a post-graduate degree in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Brasilia from 1987 to 1988. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the União Educacional de Brasília (1985). From 2010 until the moment he works at Faculdade Processus. She is a professor and researcher at Faculdade Processus, where she is currently the coordinator of EAD. In 2018 he prepared and sent to CAPES / MEC the proposal of a master's degree in Political Science with emphasis on Public Policies, Human Rights and Social Development. From 2010 to 2013 he implemented and coordinated the CST in the Secretariat. From 2013 to 2017 implemented and coordinated the Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. In 2016 to 2017 implemented and coordinated the CST in Public Management. From 2015 to August 2017 she worked at the CNA FACULTY OF TECHNOLOGY, where she acted as a teacher and coordinated the technology course in Agribusiness.
