Parental Alienation and the perspective of judicial mediation

Abstract

The theme of this article is Parental Alienation and the Judicial Mediation Perspective. The following problem was investigated: Is there interference from parents and / or guardians when a separation occurs? The following hypothesis was considered public and notorious and more than evidenced in this article that there are several factors that interfere in the children's behavior. General objective is the awareness of parents and family members in general about the importance of non-violent communication and without negative intentions with their children, when talking about the other parent, as the harmful effects are visible over time. The specific objectives are: the professional's focus on solving conflicts inherent to psychosomatic issues, parents' awareness of separating their children from their marital convictions with the continuity of coexistence and the beneficial social impact when observing the scientific and technical details related to parental alienation associated with the merger of judicial mediation. This work is important for an operator of the Law due to the great social demand and the inherent aspects of scientific nature apart from the forensic field; for science, it is relevant because it shows in an objective and didactic way what the behavior involves in the face of the emotions involved in the parties; it adds to society by clarifying why we behave negatively, sometimes in the face of unexpected situations, which in fact we are neglecting a greater good, which in this case are the children. This is qualitative theoretical research lasting six months.
