ESTRATÉGIAS PELO TRABALHO NO FUTURO DEVIDOS A PANDEMIA COVID-19

Resumo

O trabalho quer expor as causas de crise e as entraves do sistema da saúde e mostrar os impactos dessas falhas na sociedade e no sistema econômico. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que é possí­vel e necessário agir no futuro na busca de soluções. São colocadas várias estratégias. Entre elas quatro são discutidas como fundamentais, a saber: aumentar a inovação e os processos de trabalho remoto, financiar sistemas de saúde universais com fundos, melhorar a oferta de produtos e a educação em termos de capacitação no trabalho e sobre os riscos a saúde, aumentar as aplicações na indústria 4.0 da saúde. A conclusão é de que o desafio é grande, mas deve ser enfrentado já agora aprendendo dos erros e se preparando a outras crises.
