TECHNOLOGICAL IMPACTS ARISING FROM CONTRACTUAL CELEBRATION AND THEIR IMPLICATIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES AS A MECHANISM FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the technological impacts arising from the contract and its implications for the development of public policies as a mechanism for social development. The following problem was investigated: what are the impacts of contracts concluded electronically for the development of public policies? The following hypothesis was considered: contracts signed by electronic means contribute to social development, since they enable their formalization in a virtual and secure way, allowing for a greater digital culture, both among individuals and with the public authorities. The general objective is "to analyze the impacts on the development of public policies for the conclusion of electronic contracts". The specific objectives are: "to investigate digital security in this form of contractual conclusion and possible regulatory needs"; "Analyze the forms of virtual conclusion of contracts"; and "analyze the normative instruments that allow the conclusion of electronic contracts". This work is important in an individual perspective due to its great impact for all people who adhere to new tools for contractual signing; for science, it is relevant for generating new electronic instruments for use by society; it adds to society by facilitating the secure and virtual agreement of its contracts. This is a qualitative theoretical research lasting six months.
